The Union Grille is excited to welcome Chef Bryce Lamb to our team. Chef Bryce has over 20 years experience with a broad range of knowledge in European, Latin American, Middle Eastern, Asian and Local Farm to Table Cuisine.
He started his career at some of the best known restaurants in Seattle. His talents took him to an award winning Farm to Table restaurant in Minnesota and eventually his career took him as far as Hanoi, Vietnam.
Chef Bryce prefers to work in small independent restaurants where he can be more hands on and guests can experience his passion for food, fresh local ingredients, and the knowledge he has gained across the globe.
