The Grand Union Hotel and Union Grille Restaurant are happy to have Executive Chef Joshua Boyd.
Chef Joshua brings to the Grand Union a high level of talent and great diversity within the restaurant industry. He prides himself in working with local farmers and establishing relationships within Montana to bring as many local products to the table as possible.
Joshua earned his associate degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America from Hyde Park, New York.
