Dining RoomEnjoy relaxing dining in a historic riverside western atmosphere enhanced by an innovative menu and professional courteous service. Seasonal outdoor dining is offered within a stone's throw of the river.

Our Chef, Scott Myers, has a culinary degree from New England Culinary Institute in Vermont.  His food focuses on farm to table ingredients and depth of flavor.  The menu changes seasonally to reflect what is available in the local area.  Chef Myers is offering nightly specials along with the Tavern menu which offers diners a more casual experience.

The Union Grille is open in the summer (June through September) for evening dining, every evening from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. During the winter (October through May), the hours change to Wednesday thru Sunday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  Please call and ask when making reservations.

The Union Grille Restaurant is on the ground floor overlooking the Missouri River and provides a continental breakfast for guests. Dinner is open to the public.

Private rooms are available for meetings and celebrations. Large groups are welcomed. Reservations are highly recommended. All major credit cards accepted.

Our pub serves a selection of premium brews - many from Montana's finest microbreweries, and has an excellent wine selection.
