The Grand Union Hotel sponsors many special events throughout the year from our Grand Getaway to our New Year’s Eve Gala Event. Click on the corresponding link to the following packages:

February:

Super Bowl Brunch:  February 5, 2012 we "kick off" our annual Super Bowl Brunch, offering a fixed price three course menu.  We will surely have you ready for some football.

Valentine’s Package: Offered February 11, 12 & 14, 2012. This package includes a voucher for a romantic candlelit dinner in the Union Grille Restaurant with deluxe accommodations. Book early to ensure availability.

March:

Spring Poker Tournament: Held in late March, our Poker Tournament is a big hit for card players young and old. Professional dealers and large prizes make this an event to remember. Dates announced soon.

April:

Easter Buffet: April 8, 2012 -  This wonderful buffet of Montana Regional Cuisine is complemented by a host of house made baked goods and special desserts.

Spring Tasting: April 27th & 28th, 2012.  This Annual event pairs our chef’s delectable fare with a variety of exquisite wines

May:

Mother’s Day Buffet: May 13, 2012. Treat your Mother to this wonderful buffet of Montana Regional Cuisine complemented by a host of house made baked goods and special desserts.

June:

All Summer we offer our Float or Golf Packages.    

In addition we offer coordination with local Outfitters for Canoe or Kayak rental along with transportation to and from the River. Advanced notice is required for these services.

Summer Celebration: This town wide celebration has activities for all ages. Fireworks and Dancing in the Streets are just a few of the highlights. For more information.

October:

 Fall Tasting: October 21, 2011.  This event pairs our chef’s delectable fare with a selection of Beer from Montana Breweries.

Halloween: October 29, 2011. The Hotel will be filled with chillingly fun decorations and a menu to feature items inspired by the holiday. Prizes for the best costumes are given out.

November 1–April 30:

Grand Getaway Package: Enjoy a special rate on your choice of room with a voucher for the Union Grille Restaurant. This popular package is a perfect opportunity for a quiet getaway during the winter months

November:

130th Anniversary Celebration: The hotel turns 130 years old this November and we plan on making it a birthday to remember. Festivities to be announced.

Thanksgiving: Bring your family together and enjoy traditional Thanksgiving fare in a warm and inviting setting. We will make you feel at home.

December:

Holiday Brunch: Join us for this festive brunch as we partake in a spread of Christmas cheer. With music from the baby grand to warm our hearts, this annual Holiday event will start the season right.

New Year’s Eve: Ring in the New Year with a gourmet five-course dinner, live music, dancing and a champagne toast. This has become one of our most popular events, so lasso up a group of friends, dust off your boots, gather up your finest garb and join the Grand Union for this gala event!

New Year's Eve Package: December 31, 2011. This package will cover one of our lovely rooms, dinner and a full spread of breakfast delicacies. Dancing and the champagne toast at midnight are included, so you don't have to worry about the details.
